Today, anatomy students were able to voyage into the human digestive system. The expedition, led by their teacher is presented on the VR headset of each student. The students were able to watch the process of taking food into the mouth and watching it pass through the stomach, intestines and leave through the colon. Along the voyage the teacher guides the students through identification of each part of the digestive system. This is the tip of the iceberg with this technology. Teachers will be able to use the Google Expedition platform to guide classes in any subject area. Special thanks to Mrs. Shinsky for being the inspiration behind this project and Mr. Ward for making it possible.
