Morning Arrival Time & Building Access :
Students at West Greene School District will not be permitted to enter either building prior to 7:55 AM each morning. Doors will be locked and admission to the building will only be available to staff members.
Elementary drop off occurs in the front driveway near the flagpole. Elementary parents should stage their vehicles on the side nearest the building. Staff members will be present and will assist students out of vehicles once the 7:55 bell has rung.
High School students who are dropped off should be dropped off near the blue floor door and cannot be dropped off prior to 7:55. Student drivers need to park in the gravel lot and stay at their vehicle until the 7:55 bell has sounded. They then can proceed to the front entrance of the Jr./Sr. High School.
Drop off for Pre-K students occurs at 7:45 in the front driveway. Pre-K parents should stage their vehicles on the side of the driveway nearest Hargus Creek Rd. Pre-K staff will escort Pre-K students into the building at 7:45.
Jr./Sr. HS students may enter the building prior to 7:55 AM if they have a valid, dated and signed pass issued by a teacher for tutoring purposes. The pass must be presented in the Jr./Sr. HS office immediately after entering the building.
Although these procedures may be inconvenient for some of you, our primary focus is and will continue to be the safety of students at West Greene. We appreciate your cooperation with following these procedures.
